Refund & Cancellation Policy
AMDHA expects that all subscribers will exercise due care and diligence while making payments. AMDHA recognizes that a payment may be made erroneously. AMDHA will examine each request for refund of payment and endeavor to make the refund. In order to process cancellation/ refund AMDHA may ask for further information which will need the subscriber to comply.
Except in the event that a subscriber’s card is debited more than once or their account is debited with an excessive amount in a single transaction, money paid through the payment gateway cannot be returned. In these circumstances, the subscriber will receive a refund for the extra amount.
Cancel a Subscription
Subscription can be cancelled any time up to 7 days after your payment was made provided, the subscriber has to inform AMDHA through email. We will refund the payment provided the subscriber has not been used any of the sub services offered by the company.
Refund
Payment can be refunded any time up to 7 days after payment was made. AMDHA request the subscriber to provide all the information like mode of payment – online/ cheque, date of transaction, amount. Subscriber’s ID proof and bank details along with a cancelled cheque. All decisions of AMDHA in this regard will be final and binding on the subscriber.
